THE MAN WHO'S WAITING
web | Bravado
Every day I go to work, every day
I see at the corner THE MAN who's waiting
for the employer's bus.
How many years now - every morning
no matter if it's snowing or raining,
cold or dark, he is there -
always the same and punctual.
I walk by him...
And THE MAN who's waiting thinks:
Every day I go to work.
Every day I wait at the corner
my employer's bus to take me to work,
no matter if it's snowing or raining'
no matter if it's cold or dark,
I see,
(how many years now!?!)
THE MAN, who walks by me -
always the same, and punctual
to a boiling point.
