The sun-dance through the leaves is over.
Dying golden bunnies reflected
on the floor, swallowed one by one
by the shade.
Half of the room is gone also.
Another day is flowing into the ocean
of night.
Now having tasted its saltiness,
sweet water inhabitants
are coming back.
The boy is new to town.
He still expects something to happen.
Doesn't know exactly what and how.
His hope is a teeny-tiny spot
on the horizon of tired hopes.

Who is going to find his cooling body,
(with no signs of struggle),
washed out onto the shore of morning?
But now is now!
He's switching on the light,
embracing his book of dreams
and life begins anew.
An island of light
into the heart of night.
